Superfood oat flakes
Oat flakes are very rich in vitamins of the B group. These are vitamin B1, riboflavin, vitamin B6 and biotin. In addition, oatmeal is a source of folic acid. In addition, vitamin K is found in significant quantities. Vitamins are supplemented by trace elements and minerals. There are iron, phosphorus, potassium, calcium in addition to copper, selenium and manganese. Even iodine and fluoride are represented. In addition, oatmeal contains particularly valuable protein in the form of essential amino acids – not produced by the body itself. These include leucine, methionine, isoleucine, lysine, valine and phenylalanine. These amino acids have a variety of functions in the body – for example, in maintaining the immune system. The high proportion of dietary fiber and enzymes is characteristic. The indigestible dietary fibers are responsible for the stomach-protecting mucilage effect of swelling oat flakes. Thus, oats not only captivates with its vitamins, but is a very wholesome food.

Superfood rye flakes
With cereals, it’s not just a matter of good taste. Equally important is a high mineral and vitamin content. Rye offers you both in equal measure. Rye contains many essential amino acids. One of these amino acids is “lysine”. It protects against cardiovascular disease. “Essential” means the human body cannot produce these amino acids itself. For this reason, they must be supplied through food. Cereals keep you full for a particularly long time. The reason for this is its low glycemic index. Rye also contains zinc, magnesium, iron, vitamin B1 and vitamin E.

Superfood yogurt
Yogurt tastes fresh, delicious and is very healthy. It contains numerous vitamins, nutrients and other ingredients that push the body. Lactic acid bacteria (probiotics) give yogurt its characteristic, slightly sour taste, they ensure that the milk coagulates and takes on the typical yogurt consistency. Greek yogurt has twice as much protein as regular yogurt, making it the perfect post-workout snack.

Superfood apple
This healthy fruit contains about 30 vitamins and a high number of minerals and trace elements, as well as potassium, which regulates water balance. Pectins in apples lower cholesterol levels, bind pollutants and flush them out. Flavonoids and carotenoids have an antioxidant effect. Fruit acid provides a refreshing effect. Fructose provides quick energy. Niacin, folic acid, provitamin A, vitamins B1, B2, B6, E and C. The vitamin C content is about 12 mg per 100 grams. Up to 70 percent of the vitamins are in the shell or immediately below it. Therefore, with the Klucy, the peel stays on.

Superfood honey
More than 240 natural substances can be detected in honey. Vitamins, enzymes, minerals and much more. Honey is therefore one of the most valuable foods, because the combination of substances is so unique. Even though bee honey contains a lot of sugar, vitamins and other vital substances still make it a very healthy food.

Superfood almonds
Almonds contain super healthy unsaturated fatty acids. The kernels contain 54 percent fat. But as we all know, not all fats are the same, and the fatty acid composition (oleic acid and palmitoleic acid) of almonds is similarly positive for health as that of olives. Almonds are alkaline. Other healthy ingredients of the almond vegetable proteins, fiber, minerals such as magnesium and calcium in the right proportions for perfect absorption, as well as copper and large amounts of vitamins B and E. Vitamin B1 strengthens the nerves and vitamin B2 supports the energy metabolism of each cell. The almond is considered one of the best suppliers of vitamin E. Vitamin E is an antioxidant that destroys free radicals in the human body and protects against UV damage. It has a particularly positive effect on skin and hair. To benefit fully from the healthy effects of almonds, they should always be eaten with their brown shell. The shell also contains valuable ingredients.

Superfood sunflower seeds
Sunflower seeds have a high content of protein, monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fatty acids, as well as folic acid and vitamin E. Protein is needed for building tissues, enzymes and much more. Unsaturated fatty acids are important for vascular, heart and blood health. Folic acid is important for normal cell division, blood formation. On the other hand, fat-soluble vitamin E is an antioxidant micronutrient, which is also important for the function of the skin, the immune system. Already Healthy Sunflower Seeds makes an important contribution to meeting the daily needs of essential vital substances. In 100 grams of the seeds are after all 41.5 grams of unsaturated fatty acids and 38 milligrams of vitamin E – that is more than twice the daily requirement of an adult man and even more than three times the daily requirement of an adult woman. Calcium source or vitamin B12 source. Calcium is needed to maintain normal bones. Vitamin B12 helps reduce tiredness and fatigue.

Superfood raisins
Like all dried fruits, raisins contain massive amounts of sugar. A whole 60 percent. The advantage, however, is that the sugar from raisins does not enter the bloodstream as quickly because raisins contain four to five percent dietary fiber. This means that raisins provide longer-lasting satiety than other sweet snacks and make people less prone to cravings. However, raisins are healthy primarily because they contain valuable minerals and vitamins. Particularly high is the proportion of nutrients: vitamins B1, B3, B5 and B6, potassium and iron. Potassium is important for the muscles. Raisins contain 780 milligrams of potassium per 100 grams. Iron performs important tasks in the body and ensures that the cells are supplied with sufficient oxygen.

Superfood flaxseed
The health benefits are mainly due to the high fiber content, omega-3 fatty acids, and phytochemicals such as lignans. Flaxseeds contain about 40 percent fat. The polyunsaturated omega-3 fatty acid alpha-linolenic acid accounts for about 50 percent. In addition to protein, lecithin, vitamins B1, vitamin B2, vitamin B6 and vitamin E, nicotinic acid, folic acid and pantothenic acid are contained. Minerals iron and zinc. The fact that flax seeds are healthy is mainly due to the particularly valuable proportion of indigestible fiber.

Superfood sesame

Superfood cinnamon
Cinnamon is one of the spices that have been known for many 1000 years. Already in ancient Greece as well as in ancient Rome the very precious spice used primarily as a remedy. Ceylon cinnamon contains health-promoting essential oils, numerous antioxidants and secondary plant compounds. In addition, Ceylon cinnamon contains many healthy minerals, such as iron and magnesium, calcium and potassium, as well as manganese. However, manganese also improves metabolism or fat burning, regulates blood sugar levels and strengthens the nervous system or our brain functions. In a comparison of the antioxidant effects of 25 herbs and spices, cinnamon comes out on top of the class. So with cinnamon, the body gets plenty of support in the fight against free radicals.

Superfood Carob
From a nutritional point of view, carob is rich in a number of vitamins and minerals, but it is known to be particularly high in calcium. Carob contains some antioxidants, mostly in the form of polyphenols. It has alkalizing effects on the pH of the body and is considered an aphrodisiac in certain cultures. The island of Cyprus is known for its carob syrup, commonly referred to as “black gold.” Carob contains vitamins A, E, C and K as well as protein, amino acids, omega fatty acids and many of the B vitamins.

WHO study: Dietary fiber is so important for health
Dietary fiber is an essential part of a good diet – after all, it keeps you satiated for a long time. A new study by the World Health Organization now shows that a high-fiber diet also has a direct impact on health.
Nutrition has a great influence on our body and our well-being. Some diseases are also said to be directly linked to food intake.
A New Zealand study, which appeared in the journal Lancet, now confirms that an appropriate diet can reduce the risk of chronic diseases.
The World Health Organization (WHO) commissioned the study to support, among other things, the advancement of new recommendations for optimal fiber intake. For the meta-study, the researchers analyzed 185 scientific studies with data from around 135 million person-years, as well as 58 clinical studies with over 4,600 adult participants. Study
